Short explanation

AJ-Report through version 1.7.1 is affected by an authentication bypass and remote code execution vulnerability due to share tokens being signed with a hard-coded JWT secret.

Why does it matter?

This unauthenticated vulnerability poses a critical risk by allowing attackers to execute remote code over the network.

What should be done?

  • Monitor official vendor advisories
  • Apply available patches or updates
Chain of evidence and sources2 verified claims

Show the technical text from the sources

AJ-Report through 1.7.1 signs share tokens with a hard-coded JWT secret, allowing attackers to forge valid Share-Tokens offline. Attackers can mint a token with reportCode 'dataSet' to access the testTransform endpoint, which passes scripts to GroovyClassLoader for unauthenticated remote code execution.

Patch and Remediation Guide

Solution & Remediation Advisory

Patch status unknown

İncelenen resmî kaynaklarda yama durumu doğrulanamadı. Bu sonuç “yama yok” anlamına gelmez.

Confirm the affected product and version against the source evidence above.
Restrict access to internet-facing services and apply network segmentation.
Until a patch is confirmed, follow the vendor advisory; do not read an unknown status as “no patch”.
Monitor server logs and network endpoints for signs of anomalous execution.
