Cookie Notice
In effect from 11 October 2026.
This notice describes the cookies used at daybreach.dev, and the similar records kept in your browser, by type, purpose and duration. If the English and Turkish versions differ, the Turkish text prevails.
1. Summary
DayBreach uses no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking cookies and no technology that follows you from site to site. The cookies in use are needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. For that reason the site does not show a cookie consent window.
2. Types of cookie in use
| Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookies (strictly necessary) | Keeping you signed in after you sign in. Scripts in the browser cannot read these cookies. | The short-lived access cookie expires within minutes; the cookie that renews the session within 30 days at most. |
| Sign-in security cookies (strictly necessary) | Completing a sign-in with Google, and two-step verification, securely. | 10 minutes at most |
| Preference cookies (functional) | Remembering the interface language you chose and that you have seen the welcome page. | 1 year |
Session and sign-in security cookies are created only when you sign in. A visitor browsing without an account has only the preference cookies.
3. Other records kept in the browser
The following are not cookies; they are held in your browser’s local storage and are not sent to the server of their own accord.
| Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Appearance preferences | Your theme, list density, date display and similar appearance settings, and the announcements you have closed. | Until you delete them |
| Usage statistics session number | A random number used to measure how the service operates. It is not linked to your identity. | Until the tab is closed |
4. Third parties
If you choose to sign in with Google, the sign-in takes place on Google’s own page and Google uses its own cookies, which are subject to Google’s policies. Company logos on the pages are loaded from third-party logo services; these services set no cookies but may see the IP address making the request.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser’s settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in; the parts of the site that need no account will continue to work.
