Short explanation

MrDoc through version 1.1.1 contains a missing object-level authorization vulnerability in the ImportLocalDoc API endpoint. This allows authenticated users to modify other users' documents and projects.

Why does it matter?

Authenticated users can publish private drafts and inject or reparent other users' documents. This compromises data confidentiality and integrity.

What should be done?

  • Follow official vendor advisories
