Short explanation

A hard‑coded cryptographic key in the /usr/bin/sysman binary of certain Moxa industrial computing devices can be read by an unauthenticated attacker on the same network segment, allowing the attacker to compromise the confidentiality and integrity of communications.

Why does it matter?

Compromise of communication confidentiality and integrity can enable data leakage, command manipulation, and undermine trust in industrial control systems.

What should be done?

  • Monitor vendor security advisory
  • Apply patch when released
  • Segment networks to limit access
  • Add affected devices to inventory
  • Consider replacing vulnerable devices

CVE‑2026‑109813, bazı Moxa endüstriyel bilgisayar ürünlerinde /usr/bin/sysman içinde sabit bir kriptografik anahtar barındırıyor (S0).

Resmi kaynaklarda yama durumu doğrulanamadı; yama yok anlamına gelmez (S0).

CVE‑2026‑109813 için aktif istismar raporu bulunmamaktadır (S0).

Show the technical text from the sources

A hard-coded cryptographic key vulnerability exists in the `/usr/bin/sysman` of some of Moxa's industrial computing products. An unauthenticated attacker with adjacent network access could exploit the exposed private key material to compromise the confidentiality and integrity of communications.

Patch and Remediation Guide

Solution & Remediation Advisory

Patch status unknown

İncelenen resmî kaynaklarda yama durumu doğrulanamadı. Bu sonuç “yama yok” anlamına gelmez.

Confirm the affected product and version against the source evidence above.
Restrict access to internet-facing services and apply network segmentation.
Until a patch is confirmed, follow the vendor advisory; do not read an unknown status as “no patch”.
Monitor server logs and network endpoints for signs of anomalous execution.
