Chain of evidence and sources
Tour Booking Manager eklentisinin 2.3.6 ve önceki sürümleri, [ttbm-hotel-map] kısa kodunun 'width', 'height' ve 'zoom' öznitelikleri üzerinden Saklı XSS zafiyetine karşı savunmasızdır.
Zafiyet, ttbm_hotel_map_shortcode() fonksiyonunun kullanıcı girdilerini doğrudan bir <iframe> etiketine eklemesinden kaynaklanır.
Show the technical text from the sources
The Tour Booking Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'width', 'height' and 'zoom' shortcode attributes of the [ttbm-hotel-map] shortcode in versions up to, and including, 2.3.6 This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes in the ttbm_hotel_map_shortcode() function, which concatenates the raw attribute values into double-quoted HTML attributes of an <iframe> tag. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
