Short explanation

CVE-2026-49410 allows cross-site request forgery against the unauthenticated GET /auth/telegram loopback callback in OpenHuman versions prior to 0.56.0 [S0].

Why does it matter?

Attackers can switch a user's local session to an attacker-controlled backend account, exposing agent actions and Telegram messages [S0].

What should be done?

  • Follow the vendor advisory [S0]
Chain of evidence and sources2 verified claims

OpenHuman 0.56.0 öncesi sürümlerde GET /auth/telegram uç noktasında CSRF açığı bulunmaktadır.

Açık, oturumun ele geçirilmesine ve mesajların ifşa olmasına yol açmaktadır.

Show the technical text from the sources

OpenHuman is an open-source agent harness available as a desktop application and Rust library. Versions before 0.56.0 allow cross-site request forgery against the unauthenticated GET /auth/telegram loopback callback because telegram_auth_handler consumes an attacker-supplied one-time Telegram login token and passes the returned JWT to credentials::ops::store_session without validating browser fetch metadata or the request origin. An attacker with an OpenHuman account can cause a user with the local core running to visit a malicious page that requests the /auth/telegram endpoint on loopback port 7788, switching the user's active local session to the attacker's backend account and exposing subsequent agent actions, memory writes, and Telegram messages associated with that session to the attacker. This issue is fixed in version 0.56.0.

Patch and Remediation Guide

Solution & Remediation Advisory

Patch status unknown

İncelenen resmî kaynaklarda yama durumu doğrulanamadı. Bu sonuç “yama yok” anlamına gelmez.

Confirm the affected product and version against the source evidence above.
Restrict access to internet-facing services and apply network segmentation.
Until a patch is confirmed, follow the vendor advisory; do not read an unknown status as “no patch”.
Monitor server logs and network endpoints for signs of anomalous execution.
