Short explanation

OtterMind Nubase through version 0.1.4 contains a missing authentication vulnerability in the storage object API endpoint. This allows unauthenticated attackers to access private bucket objects.

Why does it matter?

Attackers can download and delete private bucket objects without requiring an apikey or JWT. This flaw compromises the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive stored data.

What should be done?

  • Follow vendor advisories and updates
  • Enforce strict authentication checks on storage API endpoints

Chain of evidence and sources2 verified claims

OtterMind Nubase 0.1.4 ve önceki sürümler, depolama nesnesi API'sinde kimlik doğrulama eksikliği içermektedir.

/storage/v1/object/{bucketId}/{path} uç noktası her HTTP yöntemi için halka açık kabul edilmektedir.

Show the technical text from the sources

OtterMind Nubase through 0.1.4 contains a missing authentication vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to access private bucket objects because /storage/v1/object/{bucketId}/{path} is treated as public for every HTTP method. Attackers knowing a tenant subdomain, bucket id and object path can download objects from private buckets and delete stored objects without an apikey or JWT.

Patch and Remediation Guide

Solution & Remediation Advisory

Patch status unknown

İncelenen resmî kaynaklarda yama durumu doğrulanamadı. Bu sonuç “yama yok” anlamına gelmez.

Confirm the affected product and version against the source evidence above.
Restrict access to internet-facing services and apply network segmentation.
Until a patch is confirmed, follow the vendor advisory; do not read an unknown status as “no patch”.
Monitor server logs and network endpoints for signs of anomalous execution.
