Short explanation
ELADMIN (eladmin-mp) up to version 2.7 contains an improper access control vulnerability in the role management module (CVE-2026-106705). According to S0 and S1 sources, insufficient authorization checks allow logged-in users to modify their own roles.
This flaw allows a low-privileged user to exploit and modify their own role and menu permissions, leading to critical impacts on the system.
What should be done?
- Follow the vendor advisory
- Update the access control logic in the role management module
- Prevent users from modifying their own roles
Chain of evidence and sources
ELADMIN sürüm 2.7 ve öncesi rol yönetimi modülünde uygunsuz erişim kontrolü barındırır.
PUT /api/roles/menu uç noktası, çağrılan rolün kendi kendini değiştirmesini engellemez.
Show the technical text from the sources
ELADMIN (eladmin-mp) up to 2.7 contains an improper access control vulnerability in the role management module. The endpoint PUT /api/roles/menu (RoleController.updateRoleMenu) authorizes the request only by comparing the target role's level with the caller's minimum level. The application neither validates the granted menu set nor prevents a caller from modifying its own role. A logged-in non-admin user whose role holds the delegated `roles:edit` permission can submit its own role id together with an arbitrary list of menu ids.
