Short explanation

CVE-2026-105311 in the StreamsHub Console operator is a confused deputy vulnerability allowing cross-namespace secret exfiltration [S0, S1].

Why does it matter?

This flaw allows attackers to exfiltrate sensitive secret data in plaintext [S0, S1].

What should be done?

  • Follow vendor advisories [S0]
  • Apply updates [S0]
Chain of evidence and sources2 verified claims

StreamsHub Console operatörü, şüpheli vekil (confused deputy) olarak çalışmaktadır [S0, S1].

Yama durumu incelenen resmî kaynaklarda henüz doğrulanamamıştır [S0].

Show the technical text from the sources

The StreamsHub Console operator acts as a confused deputy: a Kubernetes tenant with permission to create a Console custom resource can set spec.kafkaClusters[].credentials.kafkaUser.namespace to any namespace. The operator, running with cluster-wide Secrets RBAC, reads the victim-namespace KafkaUser Secret (SASL credentials or TLS private keys) and writes the plaintext material into a Secret in the attacker's namespace. No same-namespace check or allowlist exists anywhere in the code path.
