Short explanation
Thelia v2.6.0 contains a validation absence in the document update endpoint. An administrative attacker can exploit this vulnerability to upload arbitrary executable files and achieve remote code execution.
This vulnerability allows attackers with authenticated administrative permissions to achieve remote code execution on the underlying server, posing a high impact on system security.
What should be done?
- Follow official vendor advisories
- Review input validations on document update endpoints
- Audit administrative permissions and access controls
The sources give limited detail on some technical conditions. Review the chain of evidence below before deciding how to act.
Chain of evidence and sources
Thelia v2.6.0 sürümünde doküman güncelleme uç noktası, doküman yükleme uç noktasının aksine yürütülebilir dosyaları engellemek için doğrulama yapmamaktadır.

Show the technical text from the sources
In Thelia v2.6.0, the document upload endpoint properly blocks the upload of executable file types, but the document update endpoint does not perform the same validation. An attacker with administrative Thelia permissions can exploit this vulnerability to upload arbitrary executable files, such as malicious PHP scripts, to achieve remote code execution on the underlying server.
